With many years spent in the corporate world I understand how stressful life at the office can be. Moreover, our minds can’t work for 8 or even longer hours a day efficiently and to the best of our ability for weeks and months. Many commuters, or those who have families or other personal obligations most of the time do not make it neither to a fitness, nor to a yoga studio during the week. Bringing yoga to the workplace is a great opportunity for the employees to unwind accumulated tension in the body and mind, to move and reenergize and learn relaxation techniques without having to go somewhere before or after work.
Yoga is a practice that can be done with very little space, minimal equipment and having to invest a lot in the relevant attire. Besides creating a fun, engaged and enjoyable class, the purpose is to cater to the needs of employees of all body type, gender, age, fitness and flexibility level.

Corporate yoga can be a range of yoga styles for mixed ability, i.e. beginners, intermediates or advanced and classes can be held anytime; before work, during lunchtime or after work.
