Pregnancy is a wonderful experience, but in our modern life, there has been less space for staying conscious about it. Prenatal yoga is a great way to take time out for yourself and to connect with your baby. It helps to accept and stay mindful of the ongoing physical and emotional changes. My prenatal yoga classes have a strong emphasis on breathing techniques and relaxation to help you relieve common discomfort in your body, overcome anxiety, fear and lift spirits. The asana practice builds strength and endurance, that will leave you feel confident and prepared for labor and birth. It is also comforting to meet other women going through the same process in the classes.

The classes are open classes. You are welcome to sign up anytime after the 13th week of pregnancy. No previous yoga experience is necessary.
